By acquiring any of my models, you agree to the following terms of service:Credit is required to be given when the model is being used outside of personal use.
YOU MAY
☿ Use my models for streaming and YouTube videos.☿ Use my models in games.☿ Edit my model for personal use.☿ Make public/cloneable avatars/props of my models.(VRCHAT/CHILLOUT/RESONITE ONLY)☿ Sell custom texture commissions as long as both you and the client legally own the respective model.☿ Sell custom clothes or addons for the model as long as the model is linked/credited.☿ If you make a unity package for a model or a quest version I ask that you make it free, BUT PLEASE make it so people can donate to you, and please give credit where credit is due.☿ Redistribute my models ONLY IF PERMISSION AND CREDIT IS GIVEN!☿ Kitbash my models ONLY IF PERMISSION AND CREDIT IS GIVEN!
YOU MAY NOT
☿ Take credit for my models.☿ Take and sell parts of my models without permission or credit.☿ Use my models in any form of dehumanization (racism, hate speech, homophobia, etc.).
I reserve the rights to use the model for advertisement, games, media, or any other form of content.I am not responsible for any misuse of the model.These terms and description are subject to change anytime without notice.
